My mother is getting ready to have surgery for granulosa cell cancer - ovarian cancer, she has already been thru 5 or 6 chemo treatments. I live 600 miles from her and it makes it very hard to be there for her like I want to, so I basically talk to her every night, that's the only way I know how to be supportive. And what makes it hard is there is not a lot of info on this type of cancer, so I feel like my questions cannot be answered, so I am very glad I found this message board, b/c so many others feel the same way!!! (I’m glad it's not just me and my mother feeling that way) it's almost like all of my questions have been answered just by reading about what other women are going thru!!!!
