I am 33 and I had an abnormal pap in November. I was scheduled for a biopsy in December and was told that I had CINIII/High grade lesion, which from what I kept reading was cancer, just not invasive. I was freaked!! Reading online can make anxiety worse. I suffered the next few weeks waiting for my LEEP procedure. I had myself dying, in my mind, it was awful. I had the LEEP done in the hospital as an outpatient. It wasnt bad at all, except for the grogginess from anesthesia. I want to let everyone know that my pathology came back MILD DYSPLASIA WITH A 1 MM FOCI OF MODERATE DYSPLASIA, MARGINS CLEAR, which my doctor says is nothing to worry about. By posting this message, I am hoping to clear some anxiety that I am sure some of you are feeling. Hopefully, everything will be ok, it can happen, it happened to me. I feel for every one of you, the whole thing is nerve racking - waiting for results is CRAZY!! I pray that yours comes out ok too.
