Hello,

My name is Linda I had my 13 yr old look up this topic so she could understand her Nana's condition...well in the passed 2 weeks my mom was given the news that she had pancrease and liver cancer!!! This is something she has feared for many, many years of her life...just the word cancer! She feared this like some people fear heights or spiders etc... well we as a family had to tell her the reason why she has been so sick for the last yr. was because her worst nightmare has came true! It pretty much has destroyed her right along with the rest of the family... we as a family from the day in ICU have watched her give in to her nightmare and now is on hospice in the hospital just waiting for god's calling.... watching this process is like a horror show in slow motion to me ... My mom and Dad has watch their oldest daughter die of breast cancer that progressed to the brain!!!! She was like my second mom and was my best friend...Now my #1 MOM is leaving me and her husband of 56 yrs and also another daughter and several grand kids. She is on comfort measures now and all we can do for her is to keep her mouth moist with a sponge and pray maybe she would just look at any of us. I want you to know that when you as a family member just wish god would hurry up is all you have left to give a person in a pray , its a silent cry for help for yourself and the person that is suffering with this disease.. many prayers for all who has to see watch or go through this process. I am on my way at 10 pm once again to go sleep in a chair by her side so my 75 yr old DAD can get some rest who sits with her from 6am to 10 pm since the first day in ICU and silently killing him to watch his wife of 56 yrs go through,it is killing him! IT IS SUCH A DREADFUL DISEASE AND DESTROYING DISEASE NOT ONLY FOR THE VICTIMS BUT FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. But since my MOM lived out all the months of not knowing til it was too late and lived with such pain in her back and belly ,lost of appetite and energy .Now we have less and less days to understand but say prays, which i send to you and everyone who has experienced this process. God bless ...BE STRONG ...pray for RELEIF!!

GOOD NIGHT ,GOD BLESS AND A GREAT BIG HUG TO YOU ALL!!!

                       FROM THIS WHOLE FAMILY

LINDA , CHARLES( MY DAD,HER HUSBAND ,THE SRONGEST MAN I KNOW) DEBBIE, KIM, ALL MY MOMS GRANDKIDS AND HER FRIENDS!   THANKS FOR LETTING ME GET THIS OUT THERE, HOPEFULLY THIS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
