Very nice to hear that you are happy with your decision. A close friend of mine is seriously considering this option, however his main concerns are with the side effects, particularly impotence. I understand this is a very personal issue, however, he would like to know from patients themselves how they have been affected and what side effects/ how you handle them if any/ and how severe they are. I would appreciate hearing from as many men as possible who have had this treatment for their prostate cancer, what stage/ psa you were when treated / how long it has been and the side effects?
