Kevin, thanks for your encouraging note. I plan to donate funds to the American Cancer Society specifically for outreach and support of patients and their families. I hope the book reaches as many people as possible. As a former board member of ACS, I know how the funds are distributed and while marketing and research are important, they need to do more for the patients emotional side.
