Hi!

I heard it´s pretty common to have dumping problems for a period of time after esophagectomy. I had an esophagectomy one year ago, and I'm still suffering from dumping problems, to the extense I can´t have a job right now. I follow diet advices about eating less carbohydrates and more proteins, less sugar, small meals and so on. It helps a little, but not that much. I have symptoms like rapid heartbeat after meals, fatigue, sweating, and symptoms from the stomach like reflux and diarrea. Is this ever going to get better or am I going to live like this forever? What´s your experiences from dumping? Anyone here who live with severe dumping several years after esophagectomy?

Thanks for any advice!
