She has a Klatskins Tumor that cannot be operated on however seeds had spread from the beginning when she was diagnosed into the lining of the intestine there is a tumor currently developed there as well causing fluid build up in her stomach which they didn't want to drain at moffitt however when she got admitted to the local hospital they drained anyway because it was pressing on her diaphragm making it near impossible for her to breath. Sloan kettering had given her a fairly good prognosis that she wasn't going to die within the next few years.
Sloan Kettering was an awesome hospital and i wish we could have kept her there she was very happy with the information they provided her and the willingness of the doctors to do all they could however, we live in Florida for the most part and keeping her in NY was proving to cost thousands of dollars. She did have surgery at Moffitt Cancer Center a few years back and liked the doctors there as well. We had her transferred there however, she isn't happy with the doctor and the information we saw in her records once we got a hold of her medical records thus far there were things in there that were not talked about previously.
