Hi all,
My Dad had stage 3 EC, which is now back with confirmed mets to the hip, and possible mets brewing in lungs and liver. We are gathering opinions and hoping to start chemo next week.
Dana Farber is suggesting FOLFOX and his onc. at home (in consultation with Sloan Kettering, whom we hope to speak to directly) is suggesting Taxol with a 5-FU pump.
Does anyone have any feedback (positive or negative) about either of these protocols? Of course success stories are particularly appreciated! We are hoping to buy him as much time as possible, which as much quality of life as possible.
