I am sorry for the difficulties you and your fiance are facing at a time that should be one of your happiest.
I don't know the prognosis for stage 3, but regardless, get more then one opinion. Research the best combination of drugs because Standard Chemo can be made up of different drugs. They are all not the same. If possible, get him into MD Anderson in Houston or other recognized cancer hospitals so that he can get the best treatment available.
