Hi, please ignore my mistakes since I can't speak English very well. My boyfriend was diagnosed in October 2006 with Hodgkin's disease stage 2, particularly in medistinal area, at the age of 29. He had treatment untill June 2007 and the following check-up didn't reveal any disease! He used to smoke before the disease, but doctors said cigarettes aren't the origin of this cancer. I'm not so sure this is true, and I feel guilty because I used to smoke too, and obviously also with my boyfriend. Could anyone between you, both caregivers or patients, tell me about your personal experience with this disease, above all about its relationship with cigarettes? Thanks for your attention.
