Hifu Side Effects

Subject: HIFU side effects
Date: 03/07/2008

My father was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and he is seriously considering HIFU.  I'm interested in hearing from any HIFU patients who have had serious side effects from treatment.  I'm particularly concerned about the possibilities of a fistula or severe (type 3) incontinence.
