Has anyone else bin told to use carac only 3 days a week 1x per day for 1 month.This is what i was told to do and this is my 4th time in 1 year 3 months i am fair skined and have so many aks that the ones you can see some times scab and then all other turn red my arms allways look purpley red brown splochy
