I'm so sorry. I do know what you are going through. I just lost my mom to lung cancer (Feb 22). It is a terrible, terrible disease. She started radiation treatments in Nov. and instantly became very ill. After a twelve day stay in the hospital, we were able to bring her home until the end. We were able to keep her fairly comfortable with hospice care. What kind of support system do you and your mother have? It is very important to get all the help you can. You might want to consider some more holistic treatments, or supplements and see if that works at all. I wanted to do more of that, but my mom wasn't interested. She did allow Reiki and acupuncture and I think that helped. If you have any questions, I will try to answer them. Roz
