My mother in law was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer, stage 3b, in Nov. Since then she has been in & out of the hospital with 2 heart attacks. She has just finished 3 rounds of chemo & is half way through a six week radiation therapy. They have decided to stop the chemo until she is done with the radiation, as it is too hard on her physically. She is 81. I would like to hear from anyone who is dealing with similar situation. It is hard to see her so weak.
