Can you tell me a little more about agel? I don't know if I am spelling it right when I try to look it up.
I have tried BeneCalorie, and it locked me up inside (not good for a person with a colostomy). I also have high cholesterol, so really high-fat foods are something I have to limit. Ensure Plus keeps me from losing weight further, but I really need to put on some pounds. Nothing in my closet fits me anymore!
