Subject: Carac
Date: 03/23/2008
I am on day 7 of carac and so far look just very sunburnt and have some pain.   I am a master swimmer and don't want to give this up. I have been using sunblock  but i'm not sure if this will hamper my cure or maybe delay the scabbing ?  Does anyone else swim and has it helped or hurt you?  Thanks
