Lymph Drainage After Lymphectomy

Subject: lymph drainage after lymphectomy
Date: 03/27/2008

Please tell me where to find information about lymph fluid draining out after breast cancer surgery and a lymphectomy?  My sister had surgery two weeks ago, the lymph fluid drains out every day, soaking her clothes.

Why does this happen and what can be done to stop it?  Has anyone ever had this happen to them and what did they do ?  Please help?
