I don't know if this will help. However, I had 3 BMB. It is best to have conscience sedation in my opinion. They can be painful and if you have a choice go for the sedation.
I am having trouble with my blood counts also. I have been having trouble for about 5-7 years with the counts dropping. At one time, my flow cytometry results indicate an increase of B cells and the doctors were watching for leukemia or lymphoma. Then a couple months later another flow cytometry was done at a different institution and it came out negative for leukemia or lymphoma. My neutrophils dropped to .7 so I started taking beta 1 3-d glucan. I buy it from a compounding pharmacist who does not buy it from China, so the product is very pure. It has really helped my wbc counts, my platelets even went up some.
I was told when the results are not conclusive the body is waxing and waning. I guess what they mean by that is it is fighting whatever is causing the problem and the doctors are waiting to see what the results will be. Sometimes it can take years. Maybe it is a good thing. I know it is frustrating too, not knowing what we have.
