Hi.. My 84 yo Uncle (who currently lives alone) is moving in with us tommorow .he was diagonosed with liver, spine,lung cancer 2 weeks ago . He had pet scan/bone scan/ cat scan .. was told its extensive. He has lots of back pain. Has pain meds. Was told he has 1-2 months . We are going to try some raditation to help the pain .I have 3 daughters twins 18 and a 21 yo living with us yet. I saw my father die slowlyat his hous 5 years ago and we had hospice. It was tramatic .. but life goes on .. i am wondering how my young daughters will deal with this . Its all family and we must do what we have to do. He is not eating or drinking ..he was serverly dehydrated .. he needed 2 hrs in drs office today for hydration. I am setting him up in our den for his care .. we will get hired help and or hospice as we see fit . He still walks (shakey)and talks .
All I guess i am saying is please pray for us ..as this will be a very sad trip . Thank you
