I am not able to answer your Q-I'm in MN-but I would like to hear more about angiosarcoma. My father was diagnosed in July '07. He has it on the scalp, about the whole top of his head and spreading. He didn't have surgical intervention, since it is a very large tumor and he has other health issues. Right now, after our MN oncologist conferred with a top guy at Dana-Farber, he's on chemo only. He's doing well, but I know the prognosis is dismal. It is very hard finding good info on this-we had him at the Mayo and even they see only a handful of cases/year from all over the world! What information do you have? Where is your mother's actually at? I'd love to hear back from you, Gayle.
