This is at the bottom of every page of the NCCN (National Comprehensive Cancer Network) protocols. NIH will even pay for your travel expenxes.
BTW:ACS(American Cancer Society) recommends using clinical trials early in your disease, as well as, a last ditch effort. You can find the time to help find a cure early in your disease.
