My Dr. does a CT Scan after the second series of sutent, approx. every 10 weeks. Iwas on 50 mg of suent for 1 year with no change in my lung nodules. Because the side effects became so bad I reduced my dose to 25 ( because of Dr. advise) unfortunately my nodules have more than doubled in size on the lower dose. If you can deal with the side effects DON'T lower your dose.
