Rajasaju, my name is Kathy and my husband too has nodules on his lungs - left kidney removed in April of 07 and nodules showed up in September of 07. My husband was on 37.5 of Sutent for 3 cycles and then Dr. did CT scan. The CT scan showed no help using the Sutent. Nodules doubled in size. We see Dr. this Thursday 4/17 to see next course of treatment - thinking Torisel. If possible, I would recommend having CT done after each round, but Dr. seem to think that isn't necessary, well Rich is proof that maybe we could have seen it wasn't working before tumors got bigger. As far as the morale goes, I hope you have someone to help keep you strong. It is so difficult and if you are alone dealing with this must be even harder. This site I feel helps me. Hope your hubby would be feeling better now. are u still continuing with sutent, or shifted to torisel. I am under going CT scan on 17/5/08 as i have also complted 3rd cycle of sutent 50 mg. Pl do inform me about your husbands status.
