You are high risk so the obvious answer is yes, but if you monitor yourself closely and regularly visit a dermatologist and get suspicious sites removed early (fully excised) you may never have a problem that is life threatening. Inspect where the sun don't shine as well since sun exposure isn't necessarily a determining factor as to where this shows up. Good luck.
