Metaplasia, Pre-Cancer?

Subject: Metaplasia, pre-cancer?

I think my previous subject title was not specefic enough. Is metaplesia automatic leading to stomach cancer. I have pernicious anemia, which increases the risk of stomach cancer. Last biopsy showed metaplasia, changing of the cells that can lead to cancer.

Does anybody know about this?
