Hi there,
I have been diagnosed with terminal cholaniocarcinoma with mets in my sacrum.It is inoperable but they have been treating me with chemo ( gemcitaben). I have had 8 months of weekely chemo and they are giving me a break now to see if it stays stable. The rest of my liver is fatty but they say there is no treatment for that and the chemo doesn't help.
When I have asked for dietary advice they say there is nothing specific, any advice from you about how to stay as healthy as possible? I do not drink alcohol and have tried to stick to a low fat diet. The prognosis is not good but I am feeling OK, in fact I have no symptoms, so it is hard to believe.
