First Signs - Did Anyone Else Have Something Like This?

Subject: First signs - did anyone else have something like this?

I first noticed a small growth on the right side vaginial area.  It feels like a small - smaller then a pinkie finger nail solid flat disk underneath skin that resembles a skin tag.  I also have noticed the skin behind it and across is thick ands bumpy but not discolored. I went to my doc who refered me to a Gynogologist but I can

t get in until May 8th.  I went on line and have now managed to freak myself out.  Anyone else have symptoms like this?
