My Sister took her first dose of Avastin/CPT11 and became very sick. She had to go to the hospital for IV fluids. The Oncologist may prescribe medical marajuana, but would do that if nothing else works. I believe anything that helps to make the physical, mental & emotional fight more bearable is a gift owed to those already fighting to keep their Quality of Life while they battle this terrible disease.
