Jim, I can't speak for myself, but my brother went through the robotic operation last year. He wore the adult diapers for roughly 2 weeks and was done with them. I would be guessing as to the speed of each persons recovery rate and muscule control.   He was sore for a bit longer after the operation.

He is a year out from his operation. His PSA levels have remained low, so he hasn't had to do any Radiation.
