I had robotic prostate surgery 2 weeks ago. I own a restaurant which requires many hrs of standing. Sitting is okay but I really leak standing. Is it to soon to expect minimul leakage?

You will have a hard time getting this totally under control, but after 6 to 7 months I had it down to sneezing, coughing and laughing to hard.  There is hope, but it takes time and excercise the bladder to build up the muscle at the opening.  If I don't drink coffee, I can go for hours without needing to go or leak. Caffine of any type makes it harder to control.   The first 3 to 4 weeks I had a very difficult time of controlling any urine, but believe me it will get better.  Richard
