Subject: Scar tissue in colon

Recently had a colonoscopy as a follow up to my colon surgery and chemo. The doctor said that my colon was almost closed due to scar tissue at the site of the surgery. He said that he stretched the colon out and felt that I responded well to it and probably wouldn't need surgery. I am wondering how many of you had this same type of experience and if the stretching of the colon worked well for you. Otherwise, my colonscopy came back clean and all blood work is normal. Due for another CT Scan in August. I was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in July 07.
