hello all,
I just wanted to thank everyone for their replies. This website is very helpful. I know all of you are dealing with cancer one way or another. Everyone seems to have such strength, and courage. And everyone seems to be positive . It is so refreshing to hear positive stories, it gives me such hope. I seem to just float through my days at work, I feel like I'm dissconected from the world . Lke I'm not a part of this world anymore. And I'm not the one with cancer....My loving husband is. He is so strong, and patient. He is determined to beat this and so am I. Three more rounds of chemo and he gets another CT scan to see if anything has shrank, died, or dissapeared. Sometime in June.
I am concerned about some CT results of his chest...we had to get copies of his med. records for his navy reserve unit, and in these records were prelimanary results from his CT scan of his chest, the radiologist reports: There are a number of concerning pulmonary nodules seen in the upper and lower lobes of both lungs. It states These are suggestive of metastatic disease. Does this mean that the cancer has spread to his lungs?? We will discuss this on Tues. with his oncologist. Why would she not say anything about this to us ???
Thanks for listening.
