I had the same concerns before starting tamoxifen. My gyn was very understanding and suggested that each year when I do my pap test that she actually biopsy my uterus to be sure there is no cancer. It is painful, so she has me take one valium and one pain pill 30 minutes before my appt. It worked fine and was just uncomfortable, but worth it to know that there is no sign of cancer. Good luck.
