Subject: Juvenile Granulosa cell tumor
Date: 05/15/2008

I am 34 years old and I found out 3 years ago that I had a Juvenile Granulosa cell tumor the size of a football. I had no idea I even had the tumor. I had it removed long with a total hysterectomy back in Feb 2, 2005 without radation or chemo. Everything was going good until today. I was told today that may bloodwork (inhibin) came back abnormal. The doctor said mine was reading 17 not sure what that means. What is the normal reading and what is a high reading. I was told to wait 1 month and come back to have the CA 125 and Inhibin A test.  Is it possible that the test could have been wrong? Or should I be worried? Can someone please help.

Thanks for your help,

            Charlene
