I am about half way through radio and chemotherapy(Erbitux) treatment for neck cancer. Radiotherapy will produce a burning of the neck while Erbitux will produce a nasty rash, a side effect, in the area that is being treated. Camomile herbal tea applied to the areas of burn and rash as often as you wish very very soothing and good healing properties if skin erupts..
Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion with colloidal oatmeal again applied the burn area and rash, Manufactured by
Johnson&Johnson UK., and Rowa Aqueous Cream again used as a moisturiser. With radiotherapy try and stay out of strong sunlight and scented soaps and shampoos. Drink lots of fluids. Good luck
