Subject: sad but need help

ive had testicular cancer since ( self diagnosed) i was 15 im now 28 .. i am rapidly losing weight around my hips / waist ..

! ive always blocked out that i had it but now i can longer hide to myself as the weight loss is affecting day to day life ,, i dont know what to do
