Small Cell Bladder Carcinoma

Subject: small cell bladder carcinoma

Im 37 years old, just found out i have small cell bladder carcinoma.  I have 3 children.  How do i tell my children this.

They want to remove my bladder completely.  im sooooooo scared, not just for me but for children.
