I was diagnosed with GB cancer on June 3. This was done with local anasthetic because of a previous condition that makes me high risk for surgery. I have pulmonary hypertension and the doctors didn't want to take the risk of killing me while trying to cure the cancer. I have since been put on viagra to reduce the pulmonary pressures so that we can try the surgical path once more.
I'll be very grateful if anyone could give me information on alternative therapies just in case the surgery cant be done. Has anyone tried Alpha Lipoic Acid? Does it actually reduce cancer tumors?
I would also like to get in touch with anybody who has information on fighting both cancer and pulmonary hypertension.
