Hi Marga --

 I have PN due to taking Thalidomide for Multiple Myeloma.  Since I stopped the Thalid I have used Lyrica which eliminated all symptoms while I was taking it.  When I could no longer get the Lyrica I was put on Gabapenten 300mg.  While this is not as effective as Lyrica, it does work and the  PN is quite manageable.  Good Luck, Cath
