My husband originally was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Peripheral T Cell - other in 2000 at the age of 47. He had a stem cell transplant using his own cells in 2001 and remained in remission until 1/2007. In 8/2007, he had a mini stem cell transplant. In 10/2007, the cancer returned. In 2/2008, he had a lymphocyte infusion which has since failed. He is currently receiving radiation which will hopefully follow with a CD-25 antibody treatment and then a third unrelated donor full stem cell transplant. My husband has been falling within the last week. Out of no where, he just drops. This also includes dropping of his fork when eating Has anyone experienced this with their patient? He will be having an MRI in two days. I am concerned that the cancer has spread to the spinal cord and the doctors aren't moving fast enough. Please let me know your experiences. I have dealt with this cancer for 10 years, but still have no idea when it's time for me to "prepare". I'm feeling very lost.
Hi Lyn,
I strongly advise you to go the the NHL web site they have allot of people on there that have had stem cell transplants, I am sure someone there will be able to give you advice and support.
My heart goes out to you and I hope that things will start to look up, sometimes when things seem there darkest theres a turn in the road, I hope this is the case for your husband.

There is allot of information on their main site too, you might find information there, but for fast information I would post into this group above and you will find Greg the group moderator extremely helpful.
