my father-in-law has prostate cancer (he is 50) that has spread to his lyphnods and bones (head to toe). He went in a month ago and had a PSA of 600..he went 2 weeks ago and it doubled to 1205. They have him on the hormonal medicine. The doctor said it is very aggressive and that treatments would only buy him time. Can anyone tell me anything they know. how long he might have to live, what are the best treatments..just anything???
