Hi,  i have rcc for third time, this time in my lymph nodes and rt lung,  my doctor put me on sutent 50mg.  I have been on this since jan 08, so far tumors have not grown anymore.  Sutent is very expensive, But there are programs to help with the cost. Your doctor should have info to help you with these.           God Bless.  Lee
