Monoclonal Gammopathy Or Myeloma

Subject: Monoclonal gammopathy or myeloma

I was recently diagnoised with either MGUS or Myeloma. I will need a kidney biopsy and a bonemarrow biopsy to confirm. Along with the M protien IgM lambda band found I also have protienuria, anemia, SOB and peripherial and periorbital edema, nausea. What are the chances this is just MGUS? I had no Bence Jones in my urine.
