Subject: Testicular cancer

i dont know i have it i feel sort of a bump on my left testicule but i can sort of pinch it and sometimes i get pain in my left testicule like a sharp pain.  What should i do and does someone think i have testicular cancer and my left tesitcle is bigger than the right
