Hi Donna, Did you have cancer anywhere else? I have not heard of anyone having it only in the omentum. I was diagnosed stage 3c ovarian cancer on Nov.1, 2007. They did complete hysterectomy, ooferectomy,(taking out ovaries and tubes) and exploratory. They removed my omentum because of the cancer that had spread into the omentum. Had 6 rounds of chemo. Now there are lesions on liver. Waiting to get results from MRI. Hope to hear from you...Dot
