Did anyone have swelling in their legs after surgery that just wouldn't seem to go away? I've had this problem for two and half months now. It was my whole legs and now it just remains in my upper thighs and seems to be getting worse not better, it probably didn't help when i fell on the kitchen floor last week. Sometimes it's like I can barely walk. I'm carrying probably 20 extra pounds on my legs and it's so hard. We tried a small dose of a water pill but i developed a rash and had to go off them. I just called the doctor again today to see what we're going to do about this. I can't go on like this, not being able to hardly walk or do things.
I had two sessions of chemo already, and I take Xeloda pills twice daily at home right now and a blood thinner warfarin.Does anyone else have this problem or gone through this after surgery?
