As we STILL wait for my Mom's CAT scan results we are thinking of centers best for stomach cancer. So far all we know is that she was accidentally found to have some ulcers in the antrum (distal part of stomach) with diffuse signet cell adenocarcinoma infiltrating lamina propria layer of stomach from endo. biopsy. Her blood CEA was 1.7 and other blood work normal. I live in NY she lives in Florida. I would choose Sloan Kett or MD Anderson in Texas or Cancer centers of America. She is thinking of somewhere in Miami, I think Jackson something that is assoc. with Univ of Miami. Does anyone know or have had good results at any place in Fla.? The waiting is the worst!!
