Osteo Radio Necrosis Of The Jaw

Subject: Osteo radio necrosis of the jaw

Has anyone had this side effect from radiation treatments. The Drs want to do a mandibular reconstruction of his jaw bone - 14 hr surgery and 2 weeks in the hospital.  Are there any other options?
