I'm glad you're going to call the local hospital and get a referral. I found an excellent doctor that way. Something I have learned is that good healthcare is a right, so again, you want a doctor who wants you to be fully educated to make an informed decision.
But please be sure to get copies of all your lab reports. You need to see the progression for yourself. There is another woman from the board whose doctor told her all along she was having normal PAP smears until she got diagnosed with CIN. When she got copies of he lab reports, she learned he hadn't told her the truth. This is not to frighten you because it is always possible your case of dysplasia has progressed quickly. But if it has progressed that quickly, you should defnitely see another doctor who has more experience with this and will go over all of your options with you.
But I can tell you from personal experience it makes all the difference in the world to look at the lab reports yourself. It makes everything less frightening because it removes the mystery.
