I don't have any information about having both PCOS and HPV, but I'm sure a google search would help you. I also recommend going to the library and seeing what kind studies have been done, especially a medical libary.
I'm glad you're getting a third opinion, though. And keep looking at the lab reports! So long as you don't have dysplasia in the endocervical canal, CIN I does usually clear itself up. That's why most doctors would rather not unnecessarily treat it. I'm also glad you're using natural means to boost immunity and fight it off. Tany and Chemiszt24 did that, and they cleared up CIN II. (Tany has posted her story.) Something I also recommend is the Green Drink, which was posted by Tumor. It's in the "homeopathy" thread with five gold stars. You'll have to scroll down quite a bit. But if you are still having trouble finding it, I can give it to you. I was delighted when I read her story and saw her recipe.
